How cute! Right? I have seen some Angry Birds cards before but I like the bird in the clouds. This card was created by Janet Carlson and she purposely left the sentiment off so you could choose your own sentiment. You really could use this for almost anything - birthday, thank you, thinking of you!
This is an example of punch art and doesn't have any stamps! The colors of card stock used is Whisper White, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, and Basic Black. She used a black marker for some of the details around the border of the card and to show the motion of the bird in "flight". There are a couple of ways to make clouds on a card like this. You can punch out a shape of paper - I've used the scallop circle punch but it looks like Janet used the full heart punch, which is also a great idea - and use it like a mask and sponge around it. So for the heart punch, I would lightly sponge maybe a Baja Breeze or Marana Mist around the top of the heart and then turn it a little each time I create a new cloud. Clear as mud?
If you need clearer instructions or would like to purchase the punches used to make this card let me know. You can send me an email or shop online 24/7!
