Party This Way swap

This birthday card was another card I received in my monthly swap and was created by Tina Rouse. My favorite part of this card (besides getting the stamp set for FREE during Sale-a-Bration) is how the birthday sentiment is actually on the inside of the card but with the use of the Word Window punch you are able to have it show on the front. This is a technique I often forget about but love it when I see it. The bright birthday colors really pop but the use of the texture actually smooths out the image.
