Carolyn's Paper Fantasies: TSSC350 - Giggle Greetings Congratulations

Happy Monday! It's time for another Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge! Here is my sample for this week:

I have a friend who lost her job right before the holidays but she only now started to tell people about it. She was, however, able to quickly take that sad situation and turn it into something good. She has decided to pursue her dream of being a financial advisor! She has only a couple more licensing tests to complete before she can start - but she is almost there! I can already hear her laughing when she opens this card.

I really like the Giggle Greetings stamp set and love to hear everyone else laugh when they are reading a card I made from this set:

I chose to make my card on 4-1/4" x 4-1/4" Smoky Slate so it could fit in the standard medium envelopes, however, now that I'm done, I wish I would have made it a little bigger so I could have played with my envelope punch board too!

I stamped the image and greeting with Memento Ink onto Whisper White card stock and punched it out with my 2-1/2" Circle Punch. Then I stamped the bottom part of the greeting onto Smoky Slate card stock and cut out the greeting and flag-tipped the ends. I used the Moonlight DSP Stack and Blackberry Bliss ribbon on my card front and used a retired punch and rhinestone as an extra embellishment. I even took a little strip of the leftover paper to add a little extra to the inside of the card.
