Love and Sympathy Swap

Most of the cards I received in my swap this month were either birthday or sympathy. I tried to alternate the cards so there is some what of a variety. Our swap groups is given a choice of  about 4 themes to choose from as well as punch art. I received a very cute punch art card this month so watch for that one in the next few days!

Sympathy cards are never fun to make but I just don't have any sympathy sets. There are currently about 2 sets fully dedicated to sympathy but several sets have multiple sentiments that include a sentiment to use on sympathy cards. This card was created by Chineva Early. I like that this card has some subtle color and isn't very dark. The tulip embossing folder is one that I often forget about using but is so beautiful.
