Welcome to another week of the Technostamper Sketch Challenge! Check out this week's sketch:
I thought I would take this sketch and make a quick and simple "5 minutes or less" card! Here is my card sample:
Quick and simple cards are not easy for me to do! I really want to work on simplifying my cards so I can make more cards in less time with less supplies (which makes clean up a BREEZE!) I had a hard time stopping at just this - I kept wanting to add something else - but I reminded myself of my goal! I can't say that all my cards will be quick and simple "5 minutes or less" cards - but I will work on it!
I started with a card base of Calypso Coral. I stamped the greeting from A Round Array onto Whisper White card stock and then added the top and bottom scallop images and glued this layer down. Then I tied my Calypso Coral Chevron Ribbon around my card front and tied it into a knot and trimmed the edges. HOLY COW, THAT WAS QUICK AND EASY! (And I get super excited when I can use my Chevron ribbon!)
This is a great layout to use for quick and simple cards to add to your stash! Of course there is a lot of opportunity to step-it-up if quick and simple is not your game! We would love to see what you can create using this sketch! Head over to Mary Jo's blog listed below and enter your project using the sketch. Don't forget to check out all the other wonderful projects created by the design team this week!

So smart, love this. I too am trying to make more simple cards but more because of the postage thing, I find a lot of my customers don't want to pay extra postage when they buy my cards. Tough thing to do, you did great on this one. Thanks for another great sample for my sketch challenge.
