At our team meeting last week we were able to play with some of the new tools and paper coming out in the new 2012 Occasions Mini. One of the great benefits of being a demonstrator is the ability to preorder all these new things before they are released to the general public!! It's hard to wait....but the new mini catalog will be released January 4, 2012!!
OMG Right?????? Stampin' Up! will be releasing some beautiful new papers and LOTS of new Big Shot dies and folders and framelits and edgelits. WHAT? Framelits and Edgelits??? Framelits let you see where you are placing your design before you cut. You can layer dies inside each other to create frames of different sizes or use individually for fun shapes. I can't show you what they look like yet - only what you can produce with them. I'll get into Edgelits more at a later time!
Did you notice the new Paper Doily? This new die is very intricately detailed and so so beautiful.
How about those pearls? Do they look any different? They should!! These 8mm pearls are JUMBO-sized to make a big splash to your projects!
And that stamp set???? I have to say I honestly wasn't that inspired by the images in the catalog for this stamp set - but after using it - LOVE IT! You will definitely want all 6 images in this stamp set that coordinate with the Framelits die collection.
This was fun and so EASY with the Fancy Favor Bigz Die (#115965) available now in the 2011-12 Idea Book and Catalog. This was embossed with the polka dots embossing folder and glued closed.
Did you love the bakers twine released earlier this year?? Now you can have more colors? Three of the 2011-13 In-Colors will be featured on this bakers twine. How awesome is that???
Too bad technology hasn't figured out smell-o-vision yet because you would be amazed at how yummy that popsicle smells! Yes - we will be releasing SCENTED embossing powders!!! You could always make them before with sugar-free drink mix combined with your embossing powder but now it's done for you! I have only smelled the cherry scented one but
there will also be vanilla and melon scented embossing powders....YUMMO! One of my fellow demonstrators commented that the cherry embossing powder actually smelled almost as good as STAZON. There is that yummy almond-y scent to STAZON ink but this IS much much better!!
Look inside this pouch! We put Fun Dip candy paks inside our pouch, but you could put anything in here - including a sick-note to the teacher! He or she will definitely enjoy the sweet cherry smell this embossing powder has.
