Button Buddies - Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge

Welcome to another week of the Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge! What a great sketch!! Button Buddies is a set I wanted when it was first released and somehow I kept passing it up. I finally got it around the holidays but still haven't used it and now I think I better use it before the next catalog release (which is 53 days away - but who's counting)?

As you may have heard, Stampin' Up! has released the Color Refresh Chart - where we will be losing a few of our favorites, keeping some in-colors, and getting back some of our older favorites that went away. 

I chose to use Regal Rose, Tempting Turquoise, Lucky Limeade, and Early Espresso in this card. Sadly we will be losing Regal Rose and Lucky Limeade at the end of May.  I kept this card fairly simple - no embossing (and believe me I tried!), fussy cutting, or crazy tricks - just some layers and stamping! I did use the Big Shot to cut the ovals but that's it! I popped the flag up with some dimensionals and added a ribbon and some Rhinestone Jewels. I love the how the Rhinestone Jewels add that finishing touch!
